Pet Silk
Did anyone see the tv programme about implanting genes from one species into another, the other night?
They put a spider gene into a cow and it showed the spider silk being extracted from the cows milk. They also put a jellyfish gene into a fish which became luminescent. These fish were on sale in pet shops.
Wonderful or alarming?
wonderful and alarming , we must wonder if because it didnt happen naturally are we not supposed to do it or are we there to make it happen.
